Food is at the very foundation of our mental health as we only feel as good as the quality of foods we put into our body. Food has the power to transform your body towards healing and reduce many diseases and conditions through a clean diet.
We’ve created a streamlined seminar that, if applied daily, will eliminate most digestive problems, reduce massive amounts of inflammation, decrease stress and anxiety, reduce pharmaceutical consumption, and improve your mental health within three months. The mind-body connection of great importance to our overall well-being. It’s the most important component of sustained life. The inside of our body must function properly to allow for optimal mental clarity and mental health. OWR brings eastern and western practices into the daily lives of veterans. The education you receive at our retreats is one most people would pay thousands of dollars for and have to source through multiple platforms.
What You'll Learn
You will learn how to heal your body through the foods you eat, and don’t eat. You will learn the importance of properly sourcing your meats and vegetables. You will learn how to reduce and replace common daily items in your home and pantry that are wreaking havoc on your mental health. You will learn the importance of a plant based diet and why it’s a non negotiable. You will learn how to detox harmful chemicals from your skin and body through diet. You will learn alternatives to substances like ibuprofen and other anti-inflammatories, lotions, antacids, depression meds, and stimulants. You will leave the retreat empowered and educated. You will be able to make well-informed decisions about the foods and products you put into and onto your body. Jen is so honored to serve you.
