Couples Retreat Application
The first step towards attending a retreat is to complete this application. Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee a spot. A phone interview with an OWR team member is required for confirmation of attendance. Priority is given to Florida Veterans.

Please note that the veteran and the spouse each need to submit an application.
